On this episode, we speak with Marc Caira. Marc is the Vice Chairman on the Board of Restaurant Brands International, the parent company of Tim Hortons, Burger King and Popeye’s Louisiana Chicken. He is formerly the President and CEO of Tim Hortons Inc., where he led the company during their $12.5 billion merger with Burger King in 2014. 

He also serves on the board of Gildan (active-wear manufacturer), Minto Homes (leading real-estate developer), and Toronto General and Western Hospital Foundation

He has held several other senior positions including Global CEO of Nestlé Professional, an Executive Board member of Nestle S.A in Switzerland, President and CEO of Parmalat North America, and President of Nestle Food Services in Canada. He also served on the Board of Hydro One and Seneca College.
